With over 4500 specific food courses paired to wines, I can confidently find you the wines that will work perfectly with whatever you may be serving. I was the pairing architect for 8 years for the James Beard award wining restaurant Beast, twice awarded Top 100 Wine Restaurants to Visit by Wine Enthusiast magazine. I have 25 years of experience in the wine world, both on and off premise and have guided the wine lists for 4 restaurants. Wine Education
For over 10 years I have taught wine appreciation courses in and around Portland for both companies and individuals. From guest lectures at the Wine and Spirit Archive (Portland's WSET program), to running Wine for Everyone, in addition to Mindglo and Indulge Wine School classes, I can personalize wine appreciation classes to whatever level you might need. Be it Wine 101, or how to pair wines to foods, to deep dives on speciifc wine regions and styles, I can give you the wine education experience you're looking for.
